• We provide advisory assistance, property discovery, market insights, and site visit coordination for ultra-luxury villas, penthouses, high-end apartments, and commercial SCO plots.
• LUXURYHOMES.IN acts as a facilitator and marketing channel partner; we are not the developer or builder of the advertised real estate projects unless expressly stated otherwise.

3. Property Listings & Pricing Disclaimers

While we exercise reasonable diligence to maintain accurate and updated information regarding specifications, floor plans, configurations, pricing, and handover timelines:

• All unit dimensions, architectural drawings, 3D renderings, and amenities shown on the platform are based on developer collateral and subject to modification by the respective developer without prior notice.
• Real estate pricing, payment milestones, launch offers, and government levies (GST, stamp duty, registration fees) are subject to revision and final confirmation upon issuance of developer allotment documents.
• Clients are strongly advised to independently verify all project RERA registration certificates, approvals, and legal sanctions before entering into binding transactions.

4. Private Site Visits & Concierge Consultations

When booking private site viewings, chauffeured property tours, or bespoke portfolio consultations:

• Users agree to provide genuine contact details and valid identification when requested for access into gated communities or exclusive developer experience centers.
• Chauffeured transportation services and private previews are subject to scheduling availability and prior confirmation with our concierge desk.

5. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All materials on LUXURYHOMES.IN—including but not limited to brand logos, curated text, page layouts, graphic designs, proprietary software codes, and digital media—are the intellectual property of LUXURYHOMES.IN or licensed from partner developers.

• Unauthorized copying, web scraping, data extraction, commercial reproduction, or redistribution of any platform material is strictly prohibited.

6. User Responsibilities

By utilizing LUXURYHOMES.IN, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent inquiries, contact details, or identity credentials.
• Use automated bots, spiders, or crawlers to extract property data, price indices, or agent contact directories.
• Attempt to breach security measures, tamper with server operations, or compromise the digital infrastructure of our portal.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LUXURYHOMES.IN and its affiliates, directors, employees, or advisory partners shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Delays or modifications in construction milestones, possession dates, or amenity handovers by project developers.
• Discrepancies between digital architectural renders and final on-site executions by third-party builders.
• Any investment decisions, commercial negotiations, or mortgage commitments made without independent legal or financial due diligence.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or in connection with the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gurugram / New Delhi, India.
